Breaking the Cage of the Ego and Intellect

 



It seems our intellect and ego tell us how to run our lives and out of fear we obey.  Well, boys and girls, this scenario isn't the only option.



If you can become aware enough to understand that you are not your body or your intellect or your ego you can stop being motivated by fear.  There is an essence in all of us that can take us where we need to go to be happy with our lives.


It's just difficult to get in harmony with this essence because when you make a decision that the ego or intellect doesn't approve of, a loud voice inside of you gets triggered, telling you that you are going to loose what you need to survive.  

The main reason we go to school is to implant this voice in us at an early age, so it becomes very difficult to reach it as an adult and pull it out of our psyche by it's roots.  Mostly it tells us we have to do what authority figures tell us what is best for us.  But in reality, our intellect and ego tell us what is best for them.

But if you put it to the test, and call the bluff of your intellect and ego, not only will you survive, but you will also stop being a victim of the control freaks who are currently running your life.

Being Gender Fluid

 I live and work on this dairy farm in Pennsylvania with my mom and step dad. Mostly my step dad is more a guru to me than a parent and over the years we have attained a high level of conscious awareness together.  My biological father, however, is having his mental problems and mostly I go and live with him to help him out mentally as well as do a little work on the horse farm he owns in Massachusetts.  As you can see from the picture below of me taking a bath, I can easily pass for a girl even if biologically I am a boy.  The fact that I swing from looking more male some days or more female some other days causes my physical world no end of trouble. Off the farm

I live in this big old house with some friends of mine. I say friends but mostly I mean people who like my company and the rent I give them each month for the room I'm staying in. Also I help with the cleaning and cooking and caring for the young boy of the couple who own this place. There are other people who come stay here for a while and at night we all get together like one big happy family and try to get high according to our preferences. This particular night a new guy showed up, his name is Cardy.
